The Guide to Keeping Yourself Together
In this section of “The Gentleman’s Guide”, we will discuss topics as diverse as budgeting, bro tanks, smart watches, and which household pet you should buy (hint: it starts with “m” and rhymes with funky). It’s one thing to travel the world, spend your time outside hunting or in museums learning, but without a solid home and financial bearing, it will be difficult to maintain your gentlemanly lifestyle. In addition, although we are aware that most women are not gold diggers, most women probably want you to be able to afford toothpaste and a comfy couch. Keeping your shit together isn’t always glamorous. It’s nothing to Instagram, and please don’t Tweet updates about your tax return, Holding your life together is one of those things that people usually notice only if you don’t do it. However, you can impress people by maintaining a high level of togetherness. Nobody will notice if you brushed your teeth, until you don’t, but they will if you have the whitest teeth around town. So keep it together, and keep it together so well that it shows.
